Sales order administrator

Your responsibilities:

✅ Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery

✅ Enter and process orders in the ERP system while considering product availability and customer requirements

✅ Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Service & Repair Center, and external logistics partners

✅ Handle import and export documentation and transactions

✅ Ensure compliance with trade compliance regulations

✅ Support the sales team with customer-related activities and follow-up actions

✅ Prepare credit notes and internal invoices

✅ Support the creation of service invoices

✅ Respond to customer inquiries regarding:

• delivery dates
• order status and shipment tracking
• order discrepancies and billing issues
• product delivery and service-related questions

What we are looking for:

✔ German language skills at native or near-native level (mandatory)

✔ Good English communication skills

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or Order Processing

✔ Experience with import/export operations

✔ Good knowledge of MS Office

✔ Experience working with ERP systems (EBS knowledge is an advantage)

✔ Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

✔ Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure

✔ Team player with a proactive and hands-on approach

✔ Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is considered an advantage
