Sales Order Analyst

The Sales Order Analyst (SOB) is responsible for the finalization, monitoring, and analysis of Sales Order Bookings (SOB) across all cost centers. The role ensures accurate encoding of unserved items and maintains up-to-date SOB monitoring records to support the PPIC department's order fulfillment and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Finalizes Sales Order Booking (SOB) for all cost centers.

2.      Updates and maintains the SOB monitoring system/records.

3.      Encodes unserved items accurately and in a timely manner.

4.      Conducts SOB analysis to support order tracking and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior work experience required.
