What they need
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process dealer and customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Key in invoices, and prepare supporting documents for dealer payment processing
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and records
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on stock and order matters
- Support daily sales administration and operational tasks
- Ensure proper filing and organization of documents
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
