Sales Order Processor

Customer Order

• Assist in processing customer orders by preparing and checking Sales Orders and ensuring complete order details.
• Route Sales Orders for approval of pricing, payment terms, and payment confirmation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or retail stores to ensure timely billing, fulfillment, and delivery of customer orders.
• Ensure all required documents for orders are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with sales personnel regarding delivery instructions to ensure smooth dispatch of orders.
• Handle and coordinate customer post-sales concerns such as returns, shortages, and other claims.

Credit and Sample Approval Coordination

• Process customer order and sample approval to Accounting/Credit & Collection.
• Provides complete documents as reference in the review and approval.
• Updates salesman and manager on the status of customer order.

Delivery and Pickup Coordination

• Checks and monitors daily delivery schedule and pick-up transactions.
• Ensures information for delivery reference (schedule of delivery, contact person, contact information, etc.) are accurate and complete
• Coordinates special instructions on delivery.
• Coordinates and monitors the items to be picked up.
• Ensures items are available in pick-up location (Warehouse Retail Store) for items for release to customers.
