SALES ORDER PROCESSOR - URGENT!!!

A Sales Order Processor is responsible for accurately entering, managing, and tracking customer orders within a company’s system. This role ensures smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and customers to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer sales orders into the system accurately and promptly
• Review orders for completeness, pricing, and product availability
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor order status and update customers on progress or delays
• Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and customer concerns
• Maintain and update customer records and order documentation
• Generate reports on order status, sales data, and inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
• CAN START ASAP

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in order processing, sales support, or administrative roles
• Experience with ERP or order management systems is an advantage

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics processes
• Can start immediately,

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
