Sales Performance Analyst

We at Nova, a dynamic and constantly evolving media and telecom organization, are looking for a Sales Performance Analyst to join our Commercial Performance & Insights team.

You have a challenging mission to:

Monitor sales results and KPIs, identify performance drivers, and provide insights that help the commercial team meet its objectives. You will work closely with Sales, Commercial Policy, Finance, and Management to support decisions with accurate reporting and analysis.

What will you do:

• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for Sales and Management.
• Track sales targets and compare results with forecasts and budget.
• Analyze performance by region, product, and sales channel to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Produce monthly commission reports and work with Sales and Finance to ensure data accuracy.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and turn complex data into clear recommendations.

It would be nice if you have:

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or Science departments
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, commercial, or business analytics, or sales operations reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present findings clearly.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with close attention to accuracy.
• Experience with SPSS Modeler, SQL, R or Python would be considered plus.
• Business acumen, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning.
