Job Purpose
Analyze and monitor regional office and dealer sales performance using sales data and market insights to identify gaps, trends, and new opportunities. Responsible for developing dashboards, tracking regional KPI compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and monitor sales performance by Regional Office / Dealer
- Identify sales gaps, performance trends, and opportunities
- Develop useful reports / dashboards and key insights for sales performance reviews
- Identify potential sales opportunities from sales data and market information
- Provide relevant insights to support sales performance
- Monitor Regional Office performance and work quality based on relevant KPIs and performance indicators
- Collaborate with relevant teams to obtain and share sales information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Data Science or related field
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in Sales Performance & Data Analysis
- Data analytical skill (Excel, Power BI and Google Analytics)
- Good command in English
