About the role
Sales Performance Assistant Manager responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for the branch, developing strategies and action plans to improve branch performance, and monitoring performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for the branch
- Develop strategies and action plans to improve branch performance
- Monitor and analyse performance and optimise conversion, treatment acceptance, repeat visits, and customer retention
- Provide coaching and guidance to the team/branch
- Coordinate across divisions and provide reporting and recommendations to management
About you
- Minimum S1 education with a major relevant to the position
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Performance, or Branch Management
- Experience managing/overseeing branches
- Strong sales drive, target-oriented, and revenue achievement focused
- Leadership, analytical, communication, cross-divisional coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive with sense of urgency and ability to work towards targets
