Sales Personal Trainer

Duties

Responsible for training clients and selling training packages.

High commission rate for Personal Training sales packages.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in the fitness industry and sales.

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and preferences
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time
• Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement
• Offer nutritional advice and guidance to complement clients' fitness routines

Qualifications

• Sales experience. Certification as a Personal Trainer from a reputable organization
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
• Experience in program design and implementation for individuals of various fitness levels and abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to clients
• Sales skills to promote personal training services and generate new client leads
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
