Sales Planner

1.     Ordering of glass and other assembly parts

2.     Ensuring sufficient and acceptable inventory level for glass and other assembly parts

3.     Responsible for coordination with suppliers of glass and other assembly parts as regards to ordering and delivery

4.     Import facilitation of glass and other assembly parts

5.     Coordination with W &D and Production as regards conducting physical count inventory

6.     Checking accuracy of actual physical count for both finished goods and work-in-process

7.     Prepares monthly stock ratio status

8.     Monitors actual deliveries for the month

9.     Prepares monthly inventory report

10.  Assists in the analysis of inventory variance both for finished goods and work-in-process

11.  Performs other duties as may be assigned
