About the role

Support data generation and analysis for monthly sales planning, monitor and analyze dealer sales activities and performance, and provide insights and recommendations to support sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support data generation and analysis for monthly sales planning
• Monitor and analyze dealer sales activities and performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to support sales strategies
• Assist in creating presentation materials for management use in meetings and presentations
• Develop and consolidate the monthly sales plan through the preparation of the Sales Pack
• Support implementation and monitoring of sales programs
• Prepare reports on internal sales performance and market trends (TIV, promo report, etc.)
• Assist in the preparation of targets
• Assist in the development and execution of incentive programs for the sales force

About you

• Graduate of Business Management/Economics/Statistics or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Planning and Data analysis in the automotive industry is preferred
• Ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools
