Sales Plotted Development

Location- Prabhat Road, Pune

Role Description The Sales Luxury Plotted Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves prospecting and engaging potential buyers for luxury plotted developments, conducting site visits, and delivering professional property presentations. The individual will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead follow-up, client meetings, negotiation, and closure of deals while maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. Daily tasks include coordinating with developers and internal teams, staying updated on project specifications and market trends, and providing clients with timely information and guidance. The role also requires participation in promotional events, building long-term client relationships, and consistently working toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in real estate or high-value products.
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to conduct property site visits, explain project features clearly, and handle objections professionally.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
• Knowledge of the Pune real estate market, especially luxury or plotted developments, is highly beneficial.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Comfort working on-site, with flexibility for weekend or evening client meetings as needed.
