Sales Position Available

Coming From a Different Industry? Perfect — That's Exactly Who We Want.

At Gaines Life, we're not hiring for a sales resume. We're hiring driven people who know how to show up, work hard, and genuinely care about doing right by others — then giving them the tools to turn that into a real career.

Whatever field you're coming from, that experience carries over here.

What the work looks like:

• Warm conversations only. Our lead system connects you with people who already reached out. You spend your time talking with them, not hunting for someone to talk to.
• Fully remote, fully flexible. We're based in Colorado Springs but our team is spread across the country. No shifts, no office, no commute. You build the work around your life and put in your hours from wherever you do your best work.
• Backing from day one. Full training, guidance through licensing, and direct one-on-one coaching.

We've watched people step into this from all kinds of starting points — any background welcome. The common thread was simply wanting to build something better for themselves and their families.

If that's you, send an application our way. We're actively reviewing.

Please Note: No agent's success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
