Sales Product Development Staff

1. Handle new product development in coordination with buyers and factories.
2. Manage product samples, buyer feedback, and sample dispatch throughout development stages.
3. Prepare and submit required documents (PDWD, BOM, etc.) according to buyer specifications.
4. Prepare commercial invoice and packing list.
5. Monitor production progress, resolve issues, and follow up until PS inspection is completed.
6. Coordinate product testing samples and communicate closely with factories in China and Vietnam.
7. Demonstrate proactive problem-solving, fast decision-making, and strong administrative skills.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree (any major)
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
3. Familiar with ERP systems is preferred
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with strong communication and coordination skills.
5. Experience in project management, product development, merchandising, or sales administration is an advantage
6. Fluent in English both written and spoken
7. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
