Sales Product Head - Collateral

WE’RE HIRING: PRODUCT HEAD – COLLATERAL

We are looking for an experienced Product Head – Collateral to lead the strategy, development, performance, and continuous improvement of our collateral-based financing products, including asset-backed loans, ORCR Sangla, car financing, and other secured lending products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy, development, launch, and optimization of collateral-based products.
• Monitor product performance, profitability, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Develop and recommend product enhancements, pricing adjustments, process improvements, and market expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing for effective product implementation.
• Ensure products comply with lending policies, regulatory requirements, risk standards, and documentation guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and manage product teams and related personnel.
• Prepare and present product performance reports, market insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management, product development, business development, sales management, financing, lending, or banking.
• At least 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.
• Experience in collateral-based lending, car financing, secured loans, ORCR Sangla, or asset-backed financing is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, lending operations, risk, and compliance.
