Job Summary

Duties

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer experience.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
• Conduct direct sales activities, including inside sales, to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively market them to potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales performance and customer engagement.
• Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or direct sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude towards upselling and achieving sales goals is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with sales management practices is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
