The role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in SaaS or BFSI sales and has a proven ability to build and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Drive new business development and generate leads across Banking and NBFC segments
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Understand client requirements and position Neurofin AI's solutions effectively
• Collaborate with internal product and delivery teams for seamless onboarding
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions

Preferred candidate profile

• 24 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or BFSI
• Familiarity with AI, Fintech, or enterprise SaaS products
• Existing network in the BFSI ecosystem
• Prior experience selling to CXOs or senior decision-makers in financial institutions
• Strong understanding of the Banking or NBFC landscape
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven with a hunter mentality and ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Based in Chennai or willing to relocate
