Between inbound calls, walk-in traffic, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities from our existing book of business, we need experienced producers who are ready to write business, not spend their day servicing accounts.

What We're Looking For

Active Texas Property & Casualty License

Prior insurance sales experience is required

Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business

Existing relationships with lenders, real estate professionals, business owners, and other referral partners are a plus

The ability to call leads back the same day

Compensation

Commission-only position with a draw

70% commission on qualified new business

Unlimited earning potential based on your production

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
