Sales Program Executive (Electronics Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support assigned customer accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate customer requirements, quotations, purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Support RFQ activities by gathering customer requirements and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Process customer purchase orders and ensure accurate order entry and documentation.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, delivery orders, tax invoices and related sales documents.
• Monitor order progress and follow up with relevant departments to ensure committed delivery timelines are achieved.
• Provide customers with updates on order status, delivery schedules and project progress.
• Support customer projects including new product release activities and program coordination.
• Prepare monthly/annual sales and program reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with freight forwarders when required.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, Supply Chain or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, account management, program coordination or similar roles.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, cable assembly, PCBA or system integration environment will be advantageous.
• Strong coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Comfortable handling quotations, purchase orders, reports and customer documentation.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
