Sales Project / Business Development

About the role

Jet Construction is a contractor company operating in construction, residential, renovation, and commercial projects. We are building a Business Development team to strengthen project acquisition and develop client networks and strategic partners. We are seeking a Sales Project / Business Development professional who is not only able to receive leads, but actively seeks, identifies, and wins new projects.

Key responsibilities

• Actively search and identify new construction projects
• Conduct prospecting to potential clients and project stakeholders
• Identify projects from early stages before tender or contractor selection process
• Develop opportunities for residential, commercial, renovation, and construction projects
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners
• Coordinate with Design, Estimator, and Project teams to ensure client needs are translated into appropriate proposals
• Manage prospect database and project opportunity pipeline
• Maintain active and measurable pipeline with consistent follow-up
• Create sales forecasts and analyse won/lost projects
• Report activities and pipeline progress regularly

About you

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Project Sales
• Experience in construction, property, architecture, interior, building material, engineering, or B2B/high-ticket sales is a plus
• Experienced in active prospecting and networking
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Accustomed to working with targets
• Able to build long-term relationships with clients
• Willing to conduct meetings and field activities
• Personal vehicle and driving licence is a plus
