Sales Project Coordinator

About the role

This role supports profitable project execution by preparing accurate quotations, coordinating orders and deliveries, maintaining complete project documentation, monitoring margins, and ensuring customers and internal stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Full function project administration including enquiries, preparing quotes, ordering product, processing purchase orders, arranging deliveries, invoicing, tracking margins
• Communicating project information and documentation daily to relevant stakeholders
• Tracking project requirements and expectations, monitoring priorities, project status and outcome
• Documenting and communicating project variances
• Developing strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers and account managers
• Maintains product and market pricing knowledge
• Ad hoc administration, branch sales, customer service and stocktakes where required

About you

• Administration and coordination experience
• Ability to prepare quotes, order products, process purchase orders, arrange deliveries, invoicing and tracking margins
• Ability to coordinate with various entities at the same time
• Developing strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers and account managers
• Can solve problems and deal with a variety of variables
• A team player
• Intermediate Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
