About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Promodiser to join our sales team on a full-time basis at our Santa Rosa City, Laguna location. In this role, you will be the face of ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative, promoting our comprehensive range of cleaning and facility management services to potential clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on our business growth whilst developing your own sales career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and present the benefits of our janitorial and facility management services to prospective clients
• Actively engage with potential customers at trade shows, corporate offices, and other promotional events to generate qualified leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-up and excellent customer service
• Explain service packages, pricing structures, and contractual terms clearly and professionally to customers
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of each prospect
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
• Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately using our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our customer base
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to share with management for continuous improvement
• Represent the company professionally and maintain high standards of appearance and conduct at all times

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a promotional, consultative, or B2B sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly
• Confidence and enthusiasm when presenting products or services to diverse audiences
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and drive to meet sales targets
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Professional appearance and demeanour with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to attend promotional events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is an advantage
• Willingness to learn about janitorial and facility management services and industry best practices
