About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promodiser to join our team at SM Fairview in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promoting and selling products directly to customers. As a Sales Promodiser, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building brand awareness, and creating memorable customer experiences at our retail location. Your energy, product knowledge, and persuasive abilities will directly impact our sales performance and customer satisfaction levels.

Rate: 695 + incentives + Free HMO after 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the retail floor and effectively demonstrate product features and benefits
• Promote assigned products and brands to drive sales and meet or exceed assigned targets
• Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
• Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain an attractive and organised product display area in accordance with company standards
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
• Stay informed about current promotions, product specifications, and pricing information
• Collaborate with store staff and management to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously
• Achieve and maintain high standards of personal presentation and professional conduct

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Sales Promodiser, Sales Associate, or similar retail/customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups
• Excellent persuasion and sales techniques to drive product sales
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Product knowledge and ability to quickly learn about new products and services
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Preference given to candidates with experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, or similar retail sectors
