- Promote the exchange house's products and services to potential customers
- Engage with customers in outdoor and high-footfall locations
- Explain products, services, offers, and benefits clearly
- Assist customers with digital applications and onboarding processes
- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have a valid own visa (mandatory)
- Fluent in Hindi and/or Urdu (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and approaching customers
- Good knowledge of smartphones, apps, and other digital technology
- Must be comfortable learning and using technology and digital platforms
- Sales-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused
- Previous sales, promoter, customer service, or retail experience is an advantage
- Must be available to join immediately
