About the role

Act as the primary brand ambassador on the sales floor or at events. Proactively approach customers, introduce products, explain features, and demonstrate how they work. Drive sales by persuading customers to purchase the promoted products, meeting or exceeding daily/weekly sales targets.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service, answer inquiries, and offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and high energy to reflect positively on the brand's image and values
• Set up promotional booths, display stands, or product counters neatly
• Ensure products are well-stocked, visually appealing, and properly labeled with prices or promos
• Record daily sales figures, track customer responses, and gather feedback regarding product popularity or competitor activities

About you

• Excellent verbal communication, persuasive negotiation skills, and a confident, outgoing personality
• Well-groomed, neat, and professional appearance in accordance with company or brand guidelines
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate key details, benefits, and usage instructions for the products being promoted
• Capable of standing for long periods and maintaining an enthusiastic attitude in busy retail environments or events
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or as an SPG/SPB is usually preferred but not always mandatory
