AUTOMOTIVE RECEPTIONIST

The most important role of our Circle INFINITI Receptionist is to serve as THE front-line representative for the dealership.

As the first person that our valued customers encounter when they come through our doors, the position is responsible for:

• promptly greeting customers as they enter the facility
• making the customer feel immediately comfortable
• assigning them to the proper party
• be sure that our customers are comfortable, attended to and kept up to date on the status of their vehicle
• offering refreshments and ensuring them the beginning of a Truly Exceptional Experience

In addition, this position is required to:

• answering a multi-phone system
• answering basic inquiries
• directing the calls to the appropriate party in an enthusiastic, friendly and professional manner
• Set up and maintain the refreshments area, assuring that our customers are satisfied
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception and waiting areas
• Assist with the processing of paperwork, filing and all clerical related jobs as requested
• Serves as clerical and administrative back-up if requested
• Perform other duties as they are assigned
• Work as a team player with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Business Attire a MUST.
• Self motivated

This is an entry level position with growth opportunity within the company. Experience not necessary. Will train the right person.

Salary commensurate with experience.
