Sales Recruitment Associate (Ermita)

About the role
We are seeking a Sales Recruitment Associate to join our team at our Ermita, Manila City office on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding talented sales professionals who will drive our business growth and expansion. You will play a crucial part in building and strengthening our sales team, working closely with sales leadership to understand talent needs and sourcing individuals who embody our company values and possess the drive to succeed in financial services sales. Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified sales representatives and consultants to meet departmental staffing requirements and growth objectives
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' sales ability, communication skills, and cultural fit with the organisation
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate outreach through to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sales talent through networking, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Collaborate with sales managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, role specifications, and performance expectations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and candidate quality
• Participate in recruitment campaigns and attend job fairs or networking events to promote career opportunities at Wisefund Finance
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the sales team
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment and talent acquisition

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably with a focus on sales recruitment or financial services
• Strong knowledge of sales roles, competencies, and what makes an effective sales professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
• Familiarity with financial services, insurance, or lending sectors is highly advantageous
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and candidate sourcing
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical recruitment experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
