What You'll Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with builders, contractors, landscapers, developers and trade customers
• Growing existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities
• Identifying customer needs and providing practical solutions
• Developing and managing your own territory
• Becoming a trusted partner your customers can rely on
• Working alongside a knowledgeable team committed to delivering exceptional service

What We're Looking For

We want someone who:

• Has a proven record of sales success
• Is self-motivated, driven and goal-focused
• Loves a challenge and isn't afraid to chase opportunities
• Builds genuine, long-lasting customer relationships
• Takes ownership and manages their time effectively
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Has building industry knowledge or a willingness to learn quickly
• Ideally has 3+ years of sales experience or a background in the timber/building industry

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the attitude, energy and determination to make things happen.
