Sales Rep

Sales Representative – Metal Buildings

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and outgoing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position involves helping customers design and purchase metal buildings, garages, carports, and other steel structures while providing excellent customer service from the initial inquiry through the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to new customer leads by phone, text, email, and social media
• Speak with customers to understand their building needs, dimensions, location, and budget
• Prepare quotes and explain building options, upgrades, pricing, deposits, and estimated timelines
• Follow up consistently with potential customers
• Maintain communication with existing customers throughout the sales process
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information
• Work closely with management, scheduling, and other team members
• Meet individual and company sales goals
• Build strong customer relationships and provide professional customer service

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Comfortable using computers, email, texting, and social media
• Organized and able to manage multiple customers at once
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Dependable and professional
• Willing to learn about metal buildings, building specifications, and available options

Experience in metal buildings, construction, home improvement, automotive sales, or other commission-based sales is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
