Sales Representativ

Role Description The Sales Representative at جمعية الرائد الجمعوي - Association Leader Associatif will focus on promoting the association’s programs and services, engaging with potential partners, and supporting membership growth. This part-time remote role involves identifying and contacting prospective clients or partners, presenting offerings, and following up to build long-term relationships. The Sales Representative will respond to inquiries, provide clear information about initiatives, and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, contributing to outreach strategies, and participating in online meetings or training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with members, partners, and prospective clients.
• Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets, manage pipelines, and support growth initiatives.
• Experience in Training to guide new partners or members on association services and processes.
• Comfort with remote work tools, including email, video conferencing, and CRM or basic records management systems.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in nonprofit, community development, or association work is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred.
