About the role

Outsource Staffers, OPC. is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing international Telehealth account.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through phone, SMS, and email
• Engage prospects and convert inquiries into active enrollments
• Conduct consultative sales by identifying patient needs and recommending appropriate wellness programs
• Clearly explain available treatment and program options
• Handle objections related to pricing, treatment options, safety, eligibility, and patient concerns
• Build rapport and establish trust while delivering a professional patient experience
• Accurately document interactions, dispositions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM
• Ensure all communications follow applicable telehealth regulations, company policies, and quality standards
• Consistently meet or exceed sales, conversion, and performance targets

Qualifications

• At least 6 months–1 year of sales or upselling experience

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Clear and professional neutral/American English accent

• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, sales activities, and customer interactions

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven

• Able to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers/patients

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Comfortable working night shifts on-site
