Sales Representative / Account Manager (Construction Industry - Cebu Based)

About the role

Coalesce Sales Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative / Account Manager (Cebu Based - Construction Industry) to join our dynamic sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to construction industry clients

• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements

• Coordinate with internal teams including delivery, support and operations to ensure seamless client experiences

• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to expand your professional network

What we're looking for

• With experience in sales (Based in Cebu)

• Strong understanding of the construction industry, its key players, procurement processes and supply chain requirements

• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a proven ability to exceed sales targets

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field is preferred
