Sales Representative - AI Smart Lighting

About the role

Agranergy is hiring a sales representative to join our Global Headquarters and put our technology in front of the people who need it. You'll find new clients, meet and pitch to them, draft proposals, be on site for installations, and work with our software and hardware teams to shape how the product develops.

Key responsibilities

• Find new clients by prospecting and opening doors with building owners, developers, facility managers, and consultants
• Meet with clients and pitch the system, explaining how it works, what it costs, and how much energy and money it saves
• Draft proposals that turn a site's numbers into clear, compelling documents and follow through to signed deals
• Be on site for installations, including site surveys, installation days, and handover to the client
• Bring client feedback to engineers and help shape how the product develops

About you

• You use AI tools fluently and reach for them by default
• You're happy to be out of the office — at client sites, on the road, on install days
• You're comfortable talking to clients, contractors and engineers
• You can take a "no" and keep going — persistence matters more than polish
• You're curious about technology — no coding needed, just a real appetite to learn
