Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on store products and services
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions and handle cash register operations
• Manage cash drawer handling with precision, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed correctly
• Conduct product demos when necessary to showcase features and benefits to customers
• Upsell complementary products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with merchandising efforts to maintain an attractive store layout
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Support inventory management through stocking, product replenishment, and inventory checks
• Assist in supervising team members during peak hours or as assigned, promoting a collaborative environment
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Create/follow through on leads

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations for smooth retail transactions
• Previous experience in a retail or over the phone sales position
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge
• Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base are a plus
• Strong phone etiquette for professional communication over the phone or via digital channels
• Excellent retail math skills for accurate cash handling, balancing registers, and managing sales totals
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising standards, and inventory procedures
• Outstanding communication skills to engage customers and collaborate with team members effectively
• Sales Lead generation
