Sales Representative (Base + Commission)

Compensation: $20–$25 per hour + uncapped commission

As a Sales Representative, you'll help clients understand their insurance needs, recommend coverage options, and generate new business. We provide the training, coaching, and resources to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing clients to identify insurance needs
• Prepare quotes, recommend coverage, handle objections, and close sales
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, cross-selling, and prospecting
• Follow up with prospects and build lasting client relationships
• Manage your sales pipeline and work toward production goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets
• Coachable, dependable, and eager to learn
• Active California insurance license or willingness to obtain the required license before hire
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
