What they need
- Service and manage assigned General Trade (GT) outlets (e.g. grocery stores, mini markets, wholesalers)
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Execute daily route plan, covering a minimum of 20 outlets per day
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards at all outlets
- Identify and open new accounts/outlets to grow market presence
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers
- Execute promotions and trade activities effectively
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable)
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports
