We are a growing pre-owned car dealership focused on excellent customer service, transparent sales processes, and helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs. We are looking for a professional and motivated team member to join our dealership.

Position: Bilingual Sales Associate / Customer Representative

We are seeking a reliable, bilingual (English & Spanish) representative who can handle customer inquiries, guide buyers through the sales process, and assist with test drives.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Answer all incoming leads via phone, text, and email.
• Communicate clearly with customers in both English and Spanish.
• Greet customers on the lot and assist them with vehicle information.
• Go on test drives with customers and ensure a smooth, safe experience.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
• Provide accurate information about vehicles, pricing, and financing options.
• Assist customers throughout the buying process from inquiry to delivery.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual — fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable going on test drives with customers.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Previous car sales is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time position (schedule to be discussed).
• Competitive pay — High Commission (based on experience).
