SALES REPRESENTATIVE – BOARD PRODUCTS

Yugo Roofing is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of our board products.

We are looking for someone who knows how to sell, build customer relationships and move stock. The successful candidate must be confident dealing with customers and able to identify what the customer needs and recommend the right product.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell board products to new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Find new customers and business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the correct products.
• Drive stock movement and ensure products are sold.
• Follow up on quotations and potential sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep up to date with product availability, pricing and promotions.
• Work with the team to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the sale.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales by offering customers additional products.
• Build a strong customer base and generate repeat business.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven sales experience, preferably in building materials.
• Knows how to sell stock and close deals.
• Is target-driven, energetic and motivated.
• Is confident approaching and communicating with customers.
• Has good knowledge of board products.
• Understands the building/construction market.
• Can identify what a customer needs and recommend the right product.
• Is comfortable making calls, following up on leads and visiting customers where required.
• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Can work independently and take responsibility for achieving sales targets.
• Has a strong desire to grow sales and bring new business into Yugo Roofing.

This position is ideal for someone who doesn't wait for customers to walk through the door, but actively looks for customers, creates opportunities, closes sales and moves stock.
