Duties

• Conduct outdoor door-to-door canvassing to introduce our services and gather community feedback
• Engage in face-to-face conversations with potential clients, delivering compelling presentations that highlight benefits
• Utilize mobile devices to record interactions, update contact information, and track outreach progress
• Build rapport with community members through conversational engagement and active listening
• Negotiate with prospects to address questions or concerns, guiding them toward favorable decisions
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude during all interactions, representing the company’s values

Experience

• Prior field sales experience or outdoor work experience preferred; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued for reaching diverse communities
• Experience in customer service or telemarketing is beneficial for engaging effectively with prospects
• Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within outreach teams
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and community engagement enhances effectiveness in this role
• Ability to walk extensively outdoors using transportation methods such as walking is required
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to handle face-to-face interactions confidently are important for success
