About the role

This remote closer role is focused on running discovery calls and closing inbound or qualified prospects into Career Launch AI programs. You will help candidates and clients understand whether our placement, coaching, and visa-support services are the right fit for their goals.

What you will do

• Run discovery calls with qualified inbound and outbound leads.
• Diagnose candidate goals, urgency, objections, budget, and program fit.
• Sell Career Launch AI placement, coaching, and visa-related programs with clarity and integrity.
• Move prospects through one- to two-call sales cycles while maintaining strong follow-up discipline.
• Document call outcomes, objections, next steps, and close probability in the CRM.

Who you are

• Proven ability to close consultative sales conversations over phone or video.
• Strong listening skills, objection handling, and comfort discussing premium career outcomes.
• Self-directed operator who can manage pipeline, follow-up, and daily activity in a remote environment.
• Comfort selling to ambitious professionals, career switchers, or high-intent job seekers.
• High integrity, strong judgment, and a bias toward helping prospects make the right decision.

Compensation is base plus commission, with expected OTE of $120K-$200K+ depending on close rate and volume.
