We’re hiring a Service Sales Representative to drive growth and build lasting relationships throughout the Grand Rapids market. This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands mechanical systems and enjoys developing business, solving customer needs, and managing relationships from the initial conversation through project execution.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• $75K–$85K base salary plus uncapped commission
• First-year OTE of $120K–$130K+

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new opportunities with building owners, developers, and general contractors
• Build lasting client relationships through networking and consistent communication
• Develop and present proposals, estimates, and contracts
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
• Manage your pipeline, forecast opportunities, and report performance metrics
• Oversee multiple accounts and opportunities throughout the sales process

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction sales, estimating, or project development
• Strong understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities
• Valid driver’s license

• Mechanical contracting or HVAC construction
• Design-build or large commercial projects
