Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers to increase sales and market reach.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers.

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to optimize sales strategies.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

• Ensuring prompt follow-up and collection of payments from customers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the FMCG sector.

• Proficient in basic in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Teams and Outlook)

• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• A valid driver’s license & own transportation.
