Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of Michigan.

Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role where you managed a consistent pipeline.

Strong comfort level using computers and insurance-specific software systems.

A natural ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with people over the phone.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with local Lake Orion community dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their unique coverage needs and life goals.

Prepare and present competitive insurance quotes that provide genuine value and protection.

Follow up with interested leads promptly to answer questions and address concerns.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details within our tracking system.

Collaborate with the local team to refine our sales process and improve the overall client experience.

Attend local community events to represent our agency and grow your personal professional network.
