Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and personalized service
• Conduct route driving to deliver products efficiently while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations
• Implement upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase revenue
• Manage automobile transportation logistics, including safe loading, heavy lifting, and safe lifting practices
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, pricing details, and customer interactions
• Ensure merchandising standards are met at retail stores and other customer locations
• Follow organizational procedures for route planning, delivery schedules, and client communication

Experience

• Prior retail store experience or similar customer-facing roles demonstrating strong customer service skills
• Experience in commercial truck driving or route driving preferred
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and basic math skills for accurate transactions and calculations
• Familiarity with automobile transportation processes and heavy lifting techniques
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship building
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper safety protocols
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and client information efficiently
