About the role
You'll join our sales team at a busy manufactured home dealership. It's a great fit for someone with big goals who's willing to be coached toward them. A lot of our customers find us on social media before they visit the lot, so comfort with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Marketplace helps. If you already have an online presence, that's a nice plus and a head start for you.

What you'll do

• Market online comfortably and keep an active social media presence; this is a daily expectation.
• Bring energy and drive to the lot every single day
• Stay coachable and put what you learn into practice
• Take great care of buyers before, during, and after the sale
• Work with the team to hit our sales goals
• Use Google Workspace or similar tools to track sales leads and data

What we're looking for

• Extremely high drive and a strong will to succeed, this is the big one
• Coachable, humble, and eager to learn our way of doing things and win with us
• A strong work ethic and no fear of hard days
• Comfortable with social media platforms
• Quick on your feet and calm in a fast-paced setting
• Clear communication and good phone skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment

Experience in sales?

Not required. Bring the drive and the willingness to learn, and we'll train you on the rest. We've built a team that likes to win, and we're looking for one more person hungry enough to win with us.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
