Sales Representative

Hillcrest, Davidson & Associates is a US-based commercial debt recovery firm specializing in business-to-business collections. We work across industries to recover unpaid balances, enforce claims, and drive results.

This is not a passive sales job. It is a high-intensity, high-pressure outbound sales role where you will be expected to prospect, pitch, and close decision-makers at the highest level, including CEOs, CFOs, owners, and executives.

You will be responsible for high-volume cold calling to US-based businesses, presenting our services, handling objections with confidence, and pushing conversations forward using rebuttals to secure opportunities.

We are looking for strong communicators with professional, business-level English fluency and a minimum of one (1) year of telemarketing experience, who are comfortable operating in aggressive, fast-paced environments, can think quickly, control conversations, and handle rejection without losing momentum.

This is strictly an on-site position in IT Park, Cebu City, working night shift aligned with US-business hours.

This is not a laid-back role. You will be expected to handle rejection daily, embrace training in objection handling, and push for the close.
