About the Role

In this position, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving boutique success:

• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver exemplary, personalisd service following luxury selling standards.
• Build, engage, and expand a loyal VIP client database.
• Maintain store presentation, daily stock counts, and visual merchandising.
• Manage client after-sales service and process boutique transactions.

• Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or a high-end customer service environment.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Immaculately presented with outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• An organised multi-tasker who thrives in a dynamic setting.
• A motivated team player with a passion for high-end luxury products.

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with POS systems (like M3 or RMS) is a plus.
• Excellent listening, priority-setting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage clients with confidence and thorough product knowledge.
