Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team at Mr. Chubby Rowland Heights. The primary responsibility of this position is to promote and sell restaurant memberships to guests on-site.

This is a commission-based independent contractor (1099) position. The Sales Representative will engage directly with guests at the restaurant, explain membership benefits, answer questions, and encourage membership enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage restaurant guests in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Introduce and explain the Mr. Chubby membership program and its benefits.
• Promote membership enrollment and convert interested guests into members.
• Assist guests with the membership enrollment process.
• Accurately communicate current membership benefits, pricing, promotions, and terms.
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the Mr. Chubby brand.
• Accurately track completed membership sales for commission purposes.
• Coordinate with restaurant management and on-site staff as necessary.
• Follow applicable restaurant policies and guidelines while working on-site.
• Provide feedback regarding guest questions, objections, and opportunities to improve membership sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, membership sales, or promotional work preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable proactively approaching and speaking with restaurant guests.
• Motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to clearly communicate membership benefits and respond to customer questions.
• Reliable and able to perform sales activities on-site at the Rowland Heights location.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards.
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Compensation

$4.00 commission for each successfully completed membership sale.

Compensation is based on completed membership sales. There is no guaranteed number of sales or commissions.

Independent Contractor Status

This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor (1099) position rather than an employee position. The contractor is responsible for applicable taxes and other obligations associated with independent contractor status.
