About the role

This is a sales position focused on expanding the local quartz stone market through visits to decoration companies and construction projects, promoting company products, and establishing cooperative relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the local quartz stone market by visiting decoration companies and construction projects, promoting the company's products, and establishing cooperative relationships
• Maintain existing customer relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, track order progress, shipping arrangements, and after-sales services
• Provide product introduction, product display, and quotation services, and recommend suitable products based on customer needs
• Sign sales contracts, follow up on orders, and collect payment
• Collect local market dynamics, competitor prices, and industry trends, and regularly form market information feedback
• Manage external sales of factory recyclable waste, understand market conditions to ensure reasonable selling prices, keep account records, and collect payments

About you

• College degree or above
• 2 years of sales experience
• Experience in the building materials industry or local customer resources preferred
• Ability to independently expand the market and be familiar with the entire sales process from customer development, negotiation, signing to payment follow-up
• Outgoing personality, good at communication and negotiation, with customer service awareness
• Proficient in using Excel to create account records
• Strong sense of responsibility, honest and upright
• Hold a C1 driver's license and own transportation
• Able to adapt to local field visits to customers
