Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers. This is a full-time position, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and further your career in sales.

What you'll be doing

• Actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory to promote our range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction.
• Presenting our products and services effectively, highlighting the unique value they offer.
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Possess relevant experience in sales industry, managing OTC, pharmaceutical or healthcare products will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
• A results-driven and ambitious mindset to work independently to achieve personal and team targets
• Strong organisational and excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• A valid driver's license holder
